How to make the best ramen

You need your ramen, an egg, some spring onion and one or two slices of processed cheese.

Boil the ramen accordingly with the spices a dash of vinegar. Add the spring onion and the egg when it's only 1 min left.

Before you serve it, put the cheese on top and let it melt. Yum!

I sometimes add some chicken, bacon, lettuce, spinach, pak choi, mushroom etc to it. Today I had dried squid with chili paste. The trick is to add stuff you really like and just use this as a base. Enjoy!

focaccu not

Yes, I couldn't come up with anything better. Today I did something that I absolutely loathe - I baked. I made pizza dough and the rest of the pizza and my trustworthy focaccia. I got this recipe from a friend who spent most his time in Italy so I trust him. I've eaten this bread so many times I got fed up with it. I also altered the recipe a bit since I thought it was tastier - something that I suggest everyone should do - just remix.

1 pack of yeast about 50gram
6 dl water (finger temperature)
olive oil 2-3 tbs
2 tsp salt
16 dl flower (the nicer the better)
sea salt
olive oil
rosemary
garlic

mix the yeast and water together with salt (I always add some sugar to wake up the yeast), olive oil and add the flower. Mix until a solid dough and then I always go nuts with the dough and try to work with it as long as my patient allows me. Let it sit for an hour and then put on a baking sheet and let it rest for another half hour. Mix olive oil, garlic and rosemary so the oil becomes flavorful. add on the dough and press down your fingers in the dough so it creates small pockets filled with oil. In the oven for 15-20 min 175F.

I always serve with hummus, tapenade and today I had some mozzarella on top and baked in the oven for 10 extra minutes. Pretty nice.

I finished it with a friend before I had the chance to take a picture. However this small piece managed to stay alive. I have one batch in the freezer but it doesn't look very appetizing.
