How to make the best ramen

You need your ramen, an egg, some spring onion and one or two slices of processed cheese.

Boil the ramen accordingly with the spices a dash of vinegar. Add the spring onion and the egg when it's only 1 min left.

Before you serve it, put the cheese on top and let it melt. Yum!

I sometimes add some chicken, bacon, lettuce, spinach, pak choi, mushroom etc to it. Today I had dried squid with chili paste. The trick is to add stuff you really like and just use this as a base. Enjoy!

Febo - Food Slots in Amsterdam -- fast fast food, not very delicious though^^

When I first arrived to Amsterdam I came to Amstel Station. I was tired, hungry and a bit disoriented. I saw these slots and wondered what might that be? I had to look twice, there were food in the slots. How funny is that? 

Well, it’s not really funny, more convenient. If you need a fast and unhealthy snack this is something for you.

I tried the hamburger and some kind of deep fried oblong shaped thing which reminded me of bitterballen.

Just something to try, not the tastiest snacks I’ve ever had but fun to try.

For the first time - KFC

There are not a lot of fast food franchises in Sweden so when I saw a Kentucky Fried Chicken here in Amsterdam I figured that I should make a visit to try it out. Boy, what a disappointment. First of all, I love chicken. Those people who says “everything tastes like chicken”, I would say: “oh, yeah and I’m having seconds”. I had a meal called....something with deep fried chicken?

It consisted of 4 chicken parts, cole slaw, fries, a dipping sauce (bbq, what else?) and a soft drink. A nice well balanced meal. But the chicken was just not...good. The deepfried stuff which I had my hopes up for was a bit soggy and not crispy. The chicken was dry and flavourless. I'm never going back. KFC, you ruined chicken for me. Just kidding. I could never stop eating chicken. Well, maybe if I’ll get salmonella...
